Some bending of the bristles may occur with the first use but that is normal.

The battery can do approximately 250 cycles on one charge. LED lights will indicate when battery is empty.

The warranty for the product is one year.

It is also possible to extend the warranty for one additional year.

The battery charging cycle is approximately 30 minutes. LED lights will indicate when it is full.

The Cafelier fits on professional and semi-professional machines.
It is a universal size and fits most machines designed for a 57-58mm portafilter.

Please charge your Cafelier- If still flashing red this indicates slipping.

If flashing red during cleaning cycle, you may need remove, reinsert, reactivate the group head water supply and try again.

If flashing red while not in group head AND battery has been charged, please remove your brush, clean the inside of the Cafelier, replace and try again.

If flashing red during cleaning cycle and you have tried the above steps, the brush may need replacement.
